I am subscribed and some videos like Moving Art will not play. What’s up? An alert pops up that the video is not in my subscription plan?? I have been a member for at least a year. Do I need to uninstall the app and reinstall? I paid $3.95 for the year and now I just agreed to pay $1 every month.
